A B O U T Heather Holm is a native of Ontario, Canada. She studied horticulture in college, and embarked on a career that included designing and managing landscapes for commercial, municipal and private clients. She also studied graphic and web design and worked for a graphic design firm and has freelanced since. Her success in garden designs came through close cooperation with nature. To find the right plant for the right place, she would look to regional native plant communities and repeat these plant associations in her designs. Her company services are a combination of her passions - horticulture, photography, nature and design. She photographs native plants and plant communities, gardens and landscapes, gives garden consultations and does freelance graphic design work. Heather is a member of the Minnesota Native Plant Society, Wild Ones, Minnesota Landscape Arboretum Photographer's Society and is a volunteer at the Arboretum. |  |  | |||||||
