Return/Cancellations
Heather Holm Photography will refund 100% of the cost of the purchased item(s). Send an email notification to returns@hholmphoto.com stating that the product is being returned and the reason for the return. Money will be refunded to the customer when Heather Holm Photography receives the returned merchandise and accompanying email. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return purchased items.

Shipping Policy
PRINTS: All prints are made to order and shipped within 3 business days from the order date. Shipping costs are $4.95 for the first item, and $1.29 for each additional item.
All photographs are printed with an Epson printer on Epson Velvet Fine Art Archival Paper using archival ink and if matted, are matted with 100% Cotton Rag Matboard and Acid Free Foam Core.
NOTECARDS: All notecards are shipped within 3 business days.
