Heather Holm Photography grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the stock photo(s) only as provided:
The stock photos are for use only by the individual or representative company who purchases the photo for a maximum use of two (2) times. Only the purchaser (one (1) person) may access or use the stock photo(s) at one time with up to a maximum of two (2) uses. Allowable uses are in printed promotional materials, magazines, catalogs, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, and in digital format for electronic presentations, electronic newsletters, or other electronic mediums for illustrative purposes. The photo must be credited to Heather Holm Photography in every and all instances of use with the following text underneath, beside or along the photo "Photo © Heather Holm Photography" in a legible sized font no smaller than 7 pt in size.
